About James & Ward
We are a closely knit team of Architectural specialists of varying ages, carrying over 40 years of proffesional experience. With comlimenting skill sets, we all share the same goal and vision to be the best in our field with our application in using BIM technologies for our projects. We have the benefit of having used this system / process exclusively for the over 3 years and this has given us the opportunity and practical experience to get to know the system and application of it, inside out.
jamesWARD were the first UK company using BIM technologies to design and build not only the first but also the second 30,000sqft retail supermarket for Asda Stores Ltd. Asda Gorseinon & Asda Melksham have helped us to develop an incredible advantage against our competitors, with a great understanding of how to approach and react to this fast paced retail world.
This great achievement was supported by over 3 years of developing and managing Asda's Model Specification & Design. In 2008 jamesWARD helped to "upgrade" the retail giants technical resources to utilise BIM technologies in a fully collaborative manner.
