Timber Office Buildings, Staffordshire

James & Ward have recently produced feasibility schemes for the award winning Dunston Business Village in Penkridge, Staffordshire. The owner required various schemes to be produced in order to compliment the converted Barns on the site.

Following Planning Approval, James & Ward will be using BIM to establish the quantities of timber cladding required together with wall manufacturing drawings.

Villa Building, Swindon

As part of a large redevelopment in Swindon, James & Ward developed the Villa Building in BIM based on existing AutoCAD layouts by the Planning Architects. In doing so, this process flagged up slight discrepancies between each floor in which the AutoCAD drawings did not line through true, and the upper floor stairwell drawn incorrectly.
