Apartments, Restaurant and Hotel, Swindon

James & Ward used AutoCAD drawings from the previous Planning Architects to create BIM data for the Redevelopment in Swindon.

The existing application had been for residential, however James & Ward had been tasked with converting the building for Hotel use. Using BIM, we had been able to report back area figures for the building's and quickly ensure a hotel would work in the existing shell with minimal works.
