Garage Extension, Cannock

James & Ward worked directly for the building owner who required a triple garage extension to their property with living space above. We had been able to demonstrate what the extension would look like and give a walkthrough by using the clients home TV combined with our office laptop computer.

Private Housing, Swindon

As part of a major redevelopment in Swindon James & Ward developed a number of schemes for client approval prior to submitting a planning application. This scheme included for 3 storey town houses and apartments. The software allowed the planners to see and feel the development in 3D whilst aiding the client to schedule area's and basic materials.
