We offer a conception to completion architectural design service to our customers right from design phase, through planning, to construction and completion, and enjoy close working relationships with partners at all levels of the development process.
Our evolution using Building Information Modelling ( BIM ) as standard on all our projects has allowed us to work more effectively and efficiently, saving both ourselves and our clients, time and money.
Our clients have verified that using BIM at the tender stage gained an edge over the competition. The ability to “walk” a client through a full set of 3D walkthroughs, photographs and videos is proving highly successful, as is the ability to project energy consumption, maintenance and lifecycle costs.
