With many years of submitting planning applications, working with local authorities and gaining decisions we can produce all the required information and act as planning consultant working alongside others to submit a valid package to the local authority.
Building Regulations
Our technical knowledge provides a sound basis to develop a thorough set of documents and managing other consultants, as required, we can submit an application for formal sign off by the local authority prior to commencement on site.​​
Tender
Working alongside principal contractors and builders for many years we understand what information is required for an accurate cost to be provided on the project that is not filled with provisional sums due to lack of detail, removing a shock price increase later in the works.​
Construction
Construction stage needs are the point where we can provide setting out and a level of detail that allows the project to be built in the correct place and to the approved technical details satisfying the manufacturers criteria to maintain warranties and also LA building control sign off.
Site
We have spent many times on site over many years whether from an architectural role, project management or our own development projects. We can provide site monitoring, assistance, site reports, snagging and ultimately as built information.​​
Health and Safety
All our works are carried out to provide the relevant information to meet the Construction Design and Management Regulations. We can carry out the role of Principal Designer either as part of a complete service or as a standalone. In respect to the Building Fire Safety Act we can act as designer during the stage of works we are employed for.
Visualisation
All of our works are carried out utilising 3d software allowing us to develop walkthroughs and visualisations as a service providing the ability to fully understand the design prior to construction.
