Established in 2006 by Director Andrew Ward, jamesWARD Ltd have since become one of the UK's leading Architectural BIM (Building Information Modelling) consultants within the retail & Supermarket sector. We now have many years of experience implementing BIM technologies into large corporate businesses, managing expectations and producing strategies, libraries and templates.

In line with plans for growth of the Company, jamesWARD Ltd recently relocated to the Award Winning Dunston Business Village, Penkridge, conveniently located just off Junction 13 of the M6. The move was inspired by our desire and ambition to expand our already reputable Architectural service within the retail and commercial segments, into more diverse market sectors such as residential, Public and Private sectors. It also provides our staff with the opportunity to work in a professional yet relaxed rural environment, developing and combining creativity with innovation, as well as maintaining close contact with, and accessibility to, the firms current client base.

jamesWARD Ltd offer a broad scope of architectural expertise from master-planning to project completion, using specialist skills and the technology required for the design of commercial, residential and retail projects. james&WARD Ltd are at the cutting edge of 3D design in their extensive use of the industry recognised Building Information Modelling System.
